The corners of each floor are interactable, so if you want to use a tile in the middle, you must eliminate the tiles around it first. Click on one tile and click on another to match and eliminate them. The question mark above shows the number of available matches, the tiles to its right show the number of tiles you have eliminated, and to its right, you can see your total score.
